In Greene County magistrate court a judgment for a $100 fine with a $35 surcharge was entered July 31 against Vania Marie McIntire of Boone on a charge of theft- fifth degree. She must also pay a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative surcharge and $110.55 restitution for her court appointed attorney’s fees. Court costs were $324.70.
Disposition was entered in a case initiated in district court against Stacy Stream of Jefferson, charged with operating while intoxicated and child endangerment. The charge was amended to reckless driving. Stream pleaded guilty and was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Ashley Michelle Augustine of Redfield was fined $200 with a $70 surcharge on a charge of trespass (casino self-exclusion). She must also pay a $125 LEI surcharge. Court costs were $60.
Ronald Allen Siedelmann of Audubon was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and a $125 LEI surcharge on a charge of theft- fifth degree. Court costs were $326.14.
Zachary Franklin Minnihan of Jefferson was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge on a charge of public intoxication. Court costs were $60.
Cody John Lepur of Scranton was fined $75 with a $26.25 surcharge on a charge of criminal mischief- fifth degree. Court costs were $60.
